Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only orders shipping within the state of Georgia or Tennessee will incur a charge for sales tax. Canadian VAT is included into the freight charges for orders shipping to Canada.
Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, Paddywax does ship outside of the US, but we would need your freight forwarding information to know where to ship your product. Please call customer service for further information concerning shipment of your international order.
Does shipping time include weekends?
Most orders ship within two business days of the order being placed. Due to UPS shipping rules, weekends are not included in the shipping estimate.
When will my backorder ship?
Occasionally, we may be temporarily out-of-stock of an item shown on our website. Paddywax will contact you, by email, if the item you ordered will not be available within one week of your original order. You will have the choice of selecting another item, or canceling your line item.
What is my tracking number?
Go to "My Account" and click on "See Orders"; once an order has shipped, its status will change from Pending Fulfillment to Shipped. You can track your shipment by clicking directly on the link or tracking number and you will be directed to the UPS website to track the status of your order. You will also receive the tracking number via email once your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address associated with your account at anytime by selecting "My Account" and then "Edit your Profile". Please call our customer service team before 4:30 CST if your order was placed the same day. Our team will may every effort to update your address prior to the order shipping from our warehouse. Once you have placed an order and received confirmation for your order, you may not change the shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order: you will need to contact our customer service department at 615-630-7100, 866-PADDYWAX, Monday-Friday or email us at
customerservice@paddywax.com before 10 a.m. CST on the business day following the day your order was placed. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel the order for you. Due to Paddywax's efforts to ship all our customers promptly, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your Paddywax Candles, feel free to return the product for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. You will not be charged additional shipping fees on exchanges. To make a return, please package the products in their original packaging along with a copy of the original invoice and note whether you would like a credit or exchange. Please ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Paddywax can not guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. Return label should read:

When will the credit appear on my card?
If you are returning products, a refund will be applied to your card within 2 business days of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. However, it can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
